Lee’s been recruiting in the civil, infrastructure and built environment space since 2012, which means he’s spent well over a decade getting to know the market, the people in it, and what actually makes a great hire or a great career move.
He joined Aptus early and hasn’t looked back. Over that time, he’s built a network that spans the country and helped put together engineering and project delivery teams on some of Australia’s biggest and most complex projects, the kind worth billions of dollars and years of work.
